I had to give your question some thought before attempting to answer it and, the reason being that there are many things that have had a negative effect on our current status of 'Society'. But those few that you are citing are if not the 'True Cause', they are the 'Catalyst' for many of the 'Declines' that we are now experiencing. But to correct those failures and deterioration that you are citing is going to take all Americans to want to correct our current lack of ethics and "Decline of our Society"!
