I'm two weeks late on my period, but this is normal for me..?

I'm 2 wks late on my period, but I have always had an irregular cycle.. However, this time I'm getting really bad cramps, my boobs are sore, and my clitoris keeps swelling up on me(ive read that, that can happen during a pregnancy).. I've tried getting pregnant before, with no success.. So now I'm getting alot of symptoms that one may get as a result of a pregnancy.. I haven't taken a HPT because I'm skeptical since my periods have never been regular.. But, could I really be pregnant? Someone plz help me figure out whats going on:)
