If Math & Science aptitudes are not Race specific, then why it's so tilted in favor of Asian & Caucasian Men?

You know of history very little, it is in only these times in the past amazing civilizations have come in each part of the world. Mayans etc. they weren't asian or caucasian. Just humans. Trying to derive result from in adequate source will only give you incomplete picture. Today technology we see is the result of almost all cultures. As far as I know but it surely goes far beyond this: africa> rome>arab>europe> china> europe> america> works enters into globalization. This is about mainstream science only.
