Has political correctness gone overboard?

I'm NOT someone who anyone would consider PC. I say it how I see it without intentionally being offensive. But I heard a term the other day that made me wanna blow chunks. Prison inmates were now being called 'justice involved'. What is the one PC term that makes you stand in silent awe shaking your head?
