Would you change fictional characters' race for political correctness?

For example, if you created a comic series where the main villains/super villains is a african american man and a hispanic woman, would you make them both caucasion characters for a film to not offend some viewers? Let's say you made them black and hispanic because you wanted to and not to offend anyone.
